Our Commitment
At ACKINGLOBAL, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven websites. Because each project involves strategic planning, design, and development work, our refund policy is structured to reflect the time and effort invested into every project.
01. No Full Refunds
Once a project has been started, no full refunds will be issued.
This includes strategy sessions, research and planning, design work, and development progress.
By proceeding with a project, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
02. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
- In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of the project.
- If no work has started → partial refund may be reviewed
- If work has begun → refund will be reduced based on work completed
- All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
03. Non-Refundable Services
- The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Strategy calls and consultations
- Completed design work
- Website development work
- SEO and optimization services
- Any delivered assets or files
04. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for:
- Providing clear project requirements
- Supplying necessary content and materials
- Responding in a timely manner
- Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.
05. Project Cancellation
- If a client chooses to cancel a project:
- Payment for completed work remains non-refundable
- Any remaining balance will depend on project stage
- Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.
06. Chargebacks & Disputes
By working with ACKINGLOBAL, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.
Any fraudulent chargebacks will be actively contested with documented proof of work and agreement.
