I built ACKINGLOBAL from the ground up. Every technical challenge you see listed on this page is something I ran into personally while running a real, live business. DNS failures, emails not delivering, Cloudflare issues, underperforming sites, broken SSL certificates. I worked through all of it on my own, and that is exactly where this skill set comes from.

Where This Experience Comes From
ACKINGLOBAL: My Own Agency, Built From Zero

I founded ACKINGLOBAL, a digital agency, entirely on my own. I handled everything myself from day one: custom development, hosting setup, DNS configuration, email deliverability, performance optimization, and ongoing site maintenance. I wore every hat at once: developer, system administrator, and support engineer. Every issue that came up on that live domain, I researched it, tested it, and fixed it myself with no shortcuts and no outside help. That real-world experience is what backs up every skill you see below.

Hands-On Experience
Email Deliverability: Diagnosed and Fixed on My Own Domain

My agency domain ackinglobal.com had a serious email deliverability problem. Outgoing emails were landing in spam or not sending at all. I sat down, diagnosed the root cause myself, and found it was a combination of misconfigured DMARC records and broken SMTP authentication. I corrected the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment, reconfigured the SMTP settings, and got full inbox delivery restored. No outside help, no support ticket to someone else. I found the problem, I fixed it, and I learned every step of why it happened.

Full Website Build: Custom WordPress Development

I designed and built the entire ACKINGLOBAL website from scratch using WordPress and Elementor. That meant building out custom page layouts, integrating the right plugins, making everything work properly on mobile, tuning performance, and keeping it updated over time. Maintaining a live agency site taught me how every layer of WordPress connects, from the database all the way up to what the visitor sees.

DNS, Cloudflare and Hosting Setup from Start to Finish

I configured and managed all the DNS records for ackinglobal.com, including A, MX, TXT, and CNAME records, across both the domain registrar and Cloudflare. I set up SSL certificates, managed Cloudflare proxy settings, and worked through propagation issues that were causing downtime and email failures. Everything I know about DNS I learned by making real mistakes on a live domain and figuring out how to fix them.

WordPress Performance Optimization

I tracked down and fixed performance issues on the agency site. The problems ranged from unoptimized images to plugin bloat to missing caching setup. I configured WP Rocket and LiteSpeed Cache, set up Cloudflare caching rules, and kept an eye on Core Web Vitals through Google PageSpeed Insights after every change. Every single adjustment was tested on a live site where the results actually mattered.

Plugin, Theme and Compatibility Troubleshooting

I have dealt with plugin conflicts, themes breaking after updates, and PHP compatibility issues directly on a live site. I have worked across Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi and debugged everything from white screen errors to broken layouts to admin access failures. I went into cPanel file manager and wp-config directly to fix things rather than waiting on managed support to handle it.

Website Migrations and Backups

I have handled website migrations including domain transfers and hosting environment changes. I also built the habit of running full site backups before any major update or change, a discipline that came from learning firsthand what happens when you skip that step. Every migration I have done included DNS cutover, SSL re-provisioning, and full functionality testing after the move.
